 Nouri Associates & Enterprises (previously Nouri Associates, Inc. - NAI) is an international team of highly qualified IT and business consultants and educators. Executive Management
Hamid Nouri - Principal Consultant, Mr. Nouri has over 40 years of experience in information technology management consulting, enterprise architecture and large-scale public sector systems modernization. For two decades he has been a Global Technical Architect with Gartner Consulting’s Health and Human Services (HHS) practice, where he has led more than a dozen Integrated Eligibility, Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modernization efforts for state agencies. Earlier in his Gartner tenure he was responsible for the worldwide Client Services organization and was a member of the core management team that grew Gartner Consulting from $40 million to over $250 million annually. Prior to Gartner, he was executive director of Information Systems at Countrywide Funding, where he was responsible for IT Operations and strategic technology planning.
Mr. Nouri has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University with concentration in finance and marketing.
Farah Saifi - Managing Member, Ms. Saifi is the majority owner of Nouri Associates and directs the firm’s operations, hiring and investment decisions. She has 20+ years of experience managing the finances and operations of a consulting business. Her key strengths include finance, operations, client relationships and property management. She previously served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
