- British Standards Institution (BSI)
BSI is a group of organizations which support business improvement through best practice and international standards. They have joined forces with the itSMF and OGC to, to produce a Code of Practice on IT Service Management.
Associations, Portals, Training and Certification
The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is world's only independent forum for IT service management professionals. Headquartered in the UK, this non-profit organization has chapters around the world including one in the USA.

- European eXamination Institute for iNformation science (EXIN)
